About the Program
For the overstretched mom who is trying to do it all, feeling the pressure of modern motherhood and the often heavy self-criticism that comes with it. Join us for 1 or all 3 mini-retreats to invest some time and space for yourself so that you can feel more confident, connected, supported, resourced, replenished and ready to move through an often challenging, isolating, and stagnant season with resilience.

Nathalie Savell
Nathalie is an LCPC and certified Nature-Informed Therapist. She has been running Nature Therapy mindfulness groups for women seasonally for the past 2 years, and is passionate about supporting women to slow down, unplug, and find internal and external space so that they can feel healthier and experience more inner peace in their everyday lives.
Lauren Bathgate, LCSW-C, PMH-C, CNIT
Lauren Bathgate, LCSW-C, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist and Certified Nature Informed Therapist is the founder of Guided in Nature LLC- a healing space to help caregivers hop off the "hamster wheel" to experience life fully. Lauren brings with her a decade of experience as a former medical social worker where she supported caregivers across the care continuum, from Labor & Delivery, to Pediatric Neuro-rehabilitation, to outpatient mental health. A wife and mom to children ages 2 and 4, she appreciates firsthand the value of family, the significance of self-care and self-compassion, and the ways in which caring for oneself as a mom overflows into the whole family's "cup" of wellness. From walking with caregivers through fluorescent lighted hospital corridors, to walking alongside them in the wide open woods, she thoroughly enjoys witnessing the magic nature brings to human healing. In collaboration with another skilled Nature Therapist, she looks forward to sharing this magic with you!
